The tiers differ primarily in commission rate and in which features are unlocked.

Yes, you can change tiers at any time. Billing is prorated, and any in-progress orders continue unaffected under the terms they were placed.

Custom packaging is available as an add-on per listing or order, billed to your wallet. Currently this is handled on request.

They can be priced on request, and may have different pricing for each region. They are also limited to our Stock regions. To receive a quote, send us the design and a description or photo of the intended result.

A default 3DAPI-branded packing slip is included. Branded or custom packing slips with your own logo are available starting at the Growth tier.

Yes. You can price free shipping into your product and absorb the calculated shipping cost yourself rather than passing it to the buyer.

Billing is monthly, with proration applied automatically when you switch tiers mid-cycle.

Billing is handled through Stripe, and runs in USD or your local currency. In some cases billing can be handled in EUR through the Romanian branch for EU-based sellers where applicable. Standard card-network FX fees may apply if your card is in a different currency than selected.

Failed payments trigger a retry sequence over several days. Continued failure may result in a downgrade to Free tier or a temporary account restriction.

Yes. Annual billing offers a discount versus paying monthly.

No setup fees. All recurring costs are the tier subscription and any add-ons you choose. Every other cost is part of the production price shown for each product.
