How does onboarding my Shopify catalog work?

Do I have to set up my products one by one?
No, that is the whole point. Easy Onboard imports in bulk straight from your store, so you bring in hundreds of products at once instead of clicking through them one at a time over a weekend.
Can I add a Shopify product to a product I already have on 3DAPI?
Yes. With linked import, a Shopify product is imported as a variant of an existing 3DAPI product instead of creating a new one.
Does 3DAPI sync my Shopify orders automatically?
Yes. Once connected, Shopify orders flow into 3DAPI automatically and are printed and shipped to your customers, with fulfillment and tracking sent back to Shopify. You can exclude countries you would rather fulfil yourself.
Do I need to hold any inventory?
No. Each order can be produced when it sells and shipped to your customer, so you do not need any stock or upfront production.
Can my Shopify orders ship from my Stock?
Yes. If you hold Stock with 3DAPI, Shopify orders are fulfilled from it automatically, which ships faster and costs less per unit. When there is no stock in the region, the order is printed on demand instead.
Where do my Shopify orders ship from?
Orders are routed to the production center nearest the buyer and shipped locally, from a network spanning more than 10 regions.
What does it cost?
You pay the production price of each order plus shipping, with no inventory or upfront production cost. The Shopify connection is included on the Growth and Scale plans; on the Free plan it is $9 per month per connected store.
