Which stores can I connect through ShipStation?
Any store ShipStation connects to, including Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, Etsy, and Shopify. Once a store is linked to ShipStation, its orders can reach 3DAPI through your single ShipStation connection.
How does the ShipStation integration work?
You connect ShipStation to 3DAPI with your API credentials and map each ShipStation SKU to your 3DAPI product once. From then on, orders are imported automatically and fulfilled close to your buyer.
Do I need my own ShipStation account?
No. You can connect your own ShipStation account, or we can connect your stores through the 3DAPI ShipStation account for you. Get in touch and we will set it up together.
Do I have to map my SKUs for every order?
No. You map each SKU once, in one searchable screen. Every later order for that SKU, from any of your stores, is matched automatically.
How often are orders imported?
Orders are imported from ShipStation automatically twice a day.
Can orders ship from my Stock?
Yes. If you hold Stock with 3DAPI, orders are fulfilled from it automatically, which ships faster and costs less per unit. When there is no stock in the region, the order is printed on demand instead.
Does tracking go back to my store?
Yes. Tracking is sent back to ShipStation, which passes it on to the store the order came from, so your customer is kept in the loop.
What does it cost?
You pay the production price of each order plus shipping, with no inventory or upfront production cost. Connecting your own ShipStation account is included on the Growth and Scale plans, or available as an add-on.
