No. 3DAPI prints the case, stand or mount, and can add screws and nuts. Electronics work such as wiring or soldering is not offered.
PETG, in most cases: it copes with heat better than PLA. Either way, design ventilation into enclosures; 3DAPI adds a ventilation warning to your product page.
Yes. With no minimums and no inventory, you can list device-specific accessories and only produce the ones that sell.
