Yes for accessories and non-safety-critical parts such as mounts, clips, trim and organizers. Parts that affect braking, steering, airbags or structural safety are not suitable.
PETG handles heat much better than PLA and is the right choice for car accessories. 3DAPI still adds a "remove from vehicle during extreme heat" warning to your product page.
