How does the WooCommerce integration work?
WooCommerce orders reach 3DAPI through ShipStation. You connect your store to ShipStation and ShipStation to 3DAPI, map each SKU to your 3DAPI product once, and from then on orders are imported automatically and fulfilled.
Is there a WordPress plugin to install?
You connect WooCommerce to ShipStation the usual way, then connect ShipStation to 3DAPI in your dashboard. There is no 3DAPI plugin to maintain inside WordPress, so a theme or plugin update cannot break your fulfillment.
Do I need my own ShipStation account?
No. You can connect your own ShipStation account, or we can connect your WooCommerce store through the 3DAPI ShipStation account for you. Get in touch and we will set it up together.
Do WooCommerce variations come through?
Yes. Each variation carries its own SKU, and you map each SKU to the matching 3DAPI variant once. After that every order for it is matched automatically.
How often are orders imported?
Orders are imported from ShipStation automatically twice a day.
Can my WooCommerce orders ship from my Stock?
Yes. If you hold Stock with 3DAPI, orders are fulfilled from it automatically, which ships faster and costs less per unit. When there is no stock in the region, the order is printed on demand instead.
What does it cost?
You pay the production price of each order plus shipping, with no inventory or upfront production cost. Connecting your own ShipStation account is included on the Growth and Scale plans, or available as an add-on.
