How does Faire fulfillment work?
Faire orders reach 3DAPI through ShipStation. You connect Faire to ShipStation and ShipStation to 3DAPI, map each SKU to your 3DAPI product once, and from then on orders are imported and fulfilled automatically.
Can 3DAPI handle a large wholesale order?
Yes. Small and medium orders are produced on demand at the nearest production center. For lines you sell repeatedly, pre-produce a batch as Stock so the next order ships straight away. For very large runs, ask us about bulk pricing.
Do I need my own ShipStation account?
No. You can connect your own ShipStation account, or we can connect your Faire orders through the 3DAPI ShipStation account for you.
Can I sell the same products retail and wholesale?
Yes. The same 3DAPI products can serve your Faire wholesale orders, your own store and any other connected channel. You set your prices per channel on the channel itself.
What about packaging for retailers?
Extra parts, such as a branded box or an insert, can be added to a product and included with every unit we make. Tell us what the retailer needs and we will work out how it is produced.
What does it cost?
You pay the production price of each order plus shipping, with no inventory or upfront production cost. Stock is paid for when you produce it and lowers the per unit cost.
