Why does Etsy connect through ShipStation?
ShipStation is the order and shipping hub many Etsy sellers already use. Routing Etsy through it means your orders flow into 3DAPI automatically, and tracking flows back to Etsy the same way.
Do I need my own ShipStation account?
No. You can connect your own ShipStation account, or we can connect your Etsy shop through the 3DAPI ShipStation account for you. Get in touch and we will set it up together.
Do I have to map my SKUs for every order?
No. You map each SKU once, in one searchable screen. Every later order for that SKU is matched to your product automatically.
How often are Etsy orders imported?
Orders are imported from ShipStation automatically twice a day.
Can my Etsy orders ship from my Stock?
Yes. If you hold Stock with 3DAPI, Etsy orders are fulfilled from it automatically, which ships faster and costs less per unit. When there is no stock in the region, the order is printed on demand instead.
Where do my Etsy orders ship from?
Orders are routed to the production center nearest the buyer and shipped locally, from a network spanning more than 10 regions.
What does it cost?
You pay the production price of each order plus shipping, with no inventory or upfront production cost. Connecting your own ShipStation account is included on the Growth and Scale plans, or available as an add-on.
