How does the eBay integration work?
eBay orders reach 3DAPI through ShipStation. You connect eBay to ShipStation and ShipStation to 3DAPI, map each SKU to your 3DAPI product once, and from then on orders are imported automatically and fulfilled.
Does tracking get uploaded to eBay?
Yes. When the order ships, the tracking number goes back to ShipStation, which passes it to eBay on the order, the same way it does for anything else you fulfill through ShipStation.
Do I need my own ShipStation account?
No. You can connect your own ShipStation account, or we can connect your eBay listings through the 3DAPI ShipStation account for you.
Can I sell the same product on eBay and elsewhere?
Yes. Channels connected through ShipStation, a Shopify store and your 3DAPI store can all point at the same products. Orders from every channel are fulfilled the same way.
How fast do eBay orders ship?
Orders held in Stock ship from the nearest region without production time. On demand items are printed, quality checked and dispatched from the production center nearest your buyer, then shipped with tracking.
What does it cost?
You pay the production price of each order plus shipping, with no inventory or upfront production cost. Connecting your own ShipStation account is included on the Growth and Scale plans, or available as an add-on.
