The dispatch clock is unforgiving
Your handling time promise runs whether or not you are at the printer. A busy week is enough to put your metrics at risk.
Two ways in. Fulfilled by merchant: your Amazon orders reach 3DAPI through ShipStation and ship from the production center nearest the buyer. Fulfilled by Amazon: we produce and prep bulk runs and send them into Amazon fulfillment centers for you.

Amazon measures late shipment rate, valid tracking rate and cancellations, and those numbers decide whether your listings stay visible. Packing every order yourself is exactly where those metrics slip.

Sending stock to Amazon means producing it first. On your own machines that is weeks of printing before a single sale.
Print too few and you stock out. Print too many and your cash sits in a fulfillment center as long tail inventory.
A one-time setup, instead of a weekly habit of copying orders between tabs.
Link your Amazon seller account to ShipStation, then connect ShipStation to 3DAPI. No ShipStation account? We can connect it through ours.
Every SKU from ShipStation appears in one screen. Pick the matching 3DAPI product for each one and the mapping is saved as you go.
FBM orders are imported and fulfilled automatically. For FBA, tell us the product and quantity and we produce, prep and send the run into Amazon.
ShipStation already pulls orders from Amazon and pushes tracking back. 3DAPI sits behind it as the production side: we import the order, make it or pick it from your stock, and hand the tracking number back so Amazon gets it on time.
If you would rather Amazon held your stock and handled Prime delivery, we make the units instead of fulfilling the orders. You tell us the product and the quantity, we produce the run, prep it and ship it into Amazon fulfillment centers, ready to sell.
Every production center works to the same 3DAPI standards, so a product looks the same wherever it is made.
We combine internal quality tracking with product photo reviews from you, so the final product matches what you expect.
Orders are quality checked at the production center before shipping, so what reaches your buyer matches what you sold.
Through ShipStation. You connect your Amazon seller account to ShipStation and ShipStation to 3DAPI, map each SKU once, and from then on orders are imported automatically, made at the nearest production center and shipped with tracking.
Yes. Tell us the product and the quantity and we produce the run, quality check it, prep it for Amazon intake and ship it into the fulfillment center. Amazon then stores and delivers it as usual.
FBM keeps you free of inventory and works well while demand is uneven or you are still testing products. FBA buys you the Prime badge and Amazon delivery, at the cost of producing units up front. Plenty of sellers run both, one per product.
Yes, for FBM orders. When the order ships, the tracking number goes back to ShipStation, which passes it to Amazon on the order.
No. You can connect your own ShipStation account, or we can connect your Amazon orders through the 3DAPI ShipStation account for you.
FBM orders cost the production price plus shipping, with no inventory or upfront production cost. FBA runs are quoted as bulk: the per-unit price drops with quantity, and you pay for the run when it is produced.
