Version 2.7.0 adds a dedicated contact person for Growth and Scale accounts, a managed card wallet, EPR packaging registrations for Germany and France, and an Auto-approve QC setting. It also introduces a Quick Estimate pricing tool, clearer 3MF file adaptation notices, material configuration copying between products, and clearer order breakdowns. A bug that caused pages to go blank during browser translation has also been fixed.
We’ve implemented a new QC Pipeline to give you more control over product quality before and after delivery. • Production QC: Our Production Facilities upload detailed photos of the finished product for review before it ships. • Post-Production QC: If something goes wrong after delivery, you can open a Post-Production QC Ticket and request a replacement.

💬 Answer questions from our Production Facilities
Production Facilities can now ask you for clarification on an order and you can reply in the same thread. No more guessing what a facility needs before they start printing.
🔁 Ask for a replacement when a print arrives wrong
If something is not right with what you received, you can now request a replacement order and choose what went wrong. It replaces the old Report Issue button.
📋 Look back at a product's quality history
Products now have a quality control history tab so you can see how previous prints of the same item turned out. Available on paid plans.

You can now copy a product's material configuration onto another product instead of setting it up again by hand.
📸 Photo checks before your products ship, and request a replacement if your print arrives damaged or incorrect
For the first five orders a Production Facility has to photograph the products and get them approved before it can ship. You see each product before it leaves the workshop and can flag anything that is not right for a reprint. If something does arrive damaged, you can ask for a replacement on a delivered order, choose which items and how many, and we rule on it and arrange the reprint.
This release rebuilds how shipping is priced: instead of one flat fee, every order is rated from what it weighs and where it is going, using a rate card you can see up front. Alongside it, products gain a full history, sample credits arrive in your wallet, and there is now a public roadmap and a feature vote so you can tell us what to build next.
